Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We calculate shipping costs based on shipping weight:

For orders of €49.00 or more, we offer free shipping.

International deliveries:

We calculate international shipping costs based on the order value (gross value of goods):

Delivery times

For goods customized to the customer's specifications, the proof for approval is created within 1–3 days of entering into the contract. The design work and delivery of the goods are completed within 7–14 days of approval of the proof (in the case of agreed advance payment, after receipt of your payment), unless otherwise stated in the respective offer.

Unless a different timeframe is specified in the respective offer, domestic delivery (Germany) takes 1–3 days, and international delivery takes 5–7 days after entering into the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after receipt of your payment).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped together in a single shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
